We got in contact with Ms. My in 2019 in order to support the personal growth of our team leads located in our development center in Ho Chi Minh City. After a few months and based on the great result seen and expressed by the coaches, we expand the program to lead positions in MadridSpain, Basel-Switzerland, Kromeriz-Czechia. We only got excellent feedback from our members, and since the initial contact, we happily continued to support this program. We now, have opened it to all employees willing to learn and grow in their personal areas.
