Objective of the workshop:

This interactive workshop aims to help participants, whether newcomers or long-time residents, understand and overcome the specific cultural challenges in Vietnam. Using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, we will promote better cross-cultural integration and collaboration.

Workshop content:

• Introduction to LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®: Presentation of the methodology and its application to address intercultural challenges.

• Exploring cultural challenges in Vietnam: Identifying common obstacles such as language barrier, differences in social norms and professional expectations.

• Intercultural storytelling: Sharing personal experiences and stories to illustrate challenges encountered and strategies for success.

• Collaborative construction: Using LEGO® bricks to model creative solutions to identified challenges.

• Discussion and reflection: Analysis of the models created and development of action plans for better cultural adaptation.

Expected results:

• In-depth understanding of the specific cultural challenges in Vietnam.

• Improved intercultural communication skills.

• Development of practical strategies for successful integration.

• Strengthening the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
